Low entry cost. With the average store costing between $180,000 and $220,000, including stock and franchise fees and depending on floor size, this investment is within the reach of many people considering a franchise.

Extensive and ongoing training. Initially, Sleepy’s will train new franchisees for up to two weeks. We then assign a business development manager to them, who will continue to guide them through their business journey. Ongoing training can be arranged as required.

The Sleepy’s model is simple, yet successful. Our store floor size is approximately 300 to 350 square metres. We have approximately 40 to 70 beds on the floor, and this range gives the customer a wide selection from which to choose from. Depending on the location and opportunity at the time, we will also consider smaller and larger floor plates.

We take the hassle out of trade agreement negotiations and supplier relationships, allowing you to focus on your store, your customers and therefore your success. Our extensive business, operational and sales training will have you more than equipped to take on your own store.

We don’t sell furniture however, we do sell accessories such as pillows, sheets, bed linen and mattress protectors. We have also recently introduced a range of bedheads to complement our product range. Our point of sale system is simple and easy to navigate.

Customer benefits. With each mattress purchase, Sleepy’s offer a 60 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee. This means if a customers is not happy with the bed they purchased, Sleepy’s will allow an exchange (conditions apply). Customers are drawn to the peace of mind this offers them.

Free old mattress removal. We want our customers to know that purchasing a mattress from Sleepy’s is a hassle-free process. This is why we offer to remove their old mattress at no extra charge.
