Sleepy's use independent contractors for delivery services to our customers and during this time we want to support these small business owners and our customers to ensure safety for all. This may mean some interruptions to our normal delivery service and Free Old Mattress Removal which will be based on advice obtained from the Australian Government and the precautionary measures our delivery contractors determine necessary. If you are purchasing in one of our Sleepy’s showrooms or online, our staff will confirm the current status and keep you updated until your order has been delivered. As people continue to fill their schedules with commitments from work, family and friends our free time for shopping for items such as a new bed, can occasionally be pushed down the priority list. To provide some flexibility, some of our Sleepy's showrooms are able to offer in store appointments by request.

During this time, we would like to extend this offer to include 'normal' opening times and make these appointments private for you. If you would prefer to be expertly fitted to your new mattress respecting your space, at your pace and in your time, take advantage of our private appointment service which is available in select showrooms.

I initially spoke to the staff at the Caringbah store. I then returned to the same store because they had been so helpful. The staff helped us select a bed that would best suit our needs. We purchased 3 beds and made additional purchases of mattress protectors and pillows! This is something I would not normally do. The staff were pleasant and helpful but not forceful.
