This may mean some interruptions to our normal delivery service and Free Old Mattress Removal which will be based on advice obtained from the Australian Government and the precautionary measures our delivery contractors determine necessary. If you are purchasing in one of our Sleepy’s showrooms or online, our staff will confirm the current status and keep you updated until your order has been delivered. If you are unable to accept the delivery due to illness or quarantine, you can arrange an alternative delivery time with the store. To provide some flexibility, some of our Sleepy's showrooms are able to offer in store appointments by request.
During this time, we would like to extend this offer to include 'normal' opening times and make these appointments private for you. Here is my feedback regarding our recent visit to the Aspley Store (QLD). Unfortunately there does not seem to be a “contact us” option on the Sleepy’s website. – SENSATIONAL EXPERIENCE – The Sleepy’s Store in Aspley have their finger on the pulse. What an absolutely sensational experience, from walking in, learning about bed technology, finding the perfect bed for us and then quick and friendly delivery/setup. The entire experience was perfect. With me having military injuries and my wife with lower back concerns, we were really worried about the minefield ahead of us with finding the correct mattress. The team was there all the way ensuring they understood our needs and sleeping patterns then using impressive knowledge as a subject matter expert to identify the correct mattress for us. They were bang on too, our first night sleep last night was bliss, and we never thought we would benefit from an electric adjustable bed base in our mid 30’s. It’s absolutely amazing! It also put our minds at ease knowing we purchased a mattress that is tested and endorsed by the Australian Chiropractors Association. Thank you to the entire Sleepy’s team for making the process so simple from start to finish. Sleepy’s also supports military members (current or veterans) with Australian Defence Force (ADF) discounts both online and in-store!
